1. Click on the empty box under select client, outlet name, region etc

  2. A list will appear with all the items that you have added

  3. Scroll through the list to look for the item you want.

  4. Having found your item, click on the small grey tick which is at the far right on the item.The tick turns green once clicked.

  5. Click on the big green tick located at the bottom right of the page

  6. This will take you back to the workflow and now your fill box under client name/outlet name/region etc will be filled.
