1. Click on the empty fill box under Search client details/outlet name/region etc

  2. A list will appear with all of your added items.

  3. Click on the yellow spanner and a small list will appear having the search option at the bottom.

  4. Click on search and a type box will appear at the top of the page.Type the name of the item you are searching for.

  5. Once you get your item,click on the small grey tick then on the large green tick.

  6. This will take you back to the workflow and now the item will be filled on the fill in box.
